I had an actual stream running through my basement one morning when I woke up. I heard a scary noise and to my surprise my basement wall collapsed and we had 3 feet of water on the floor of the basement. I was afraid my furnace was getting ruined and the water almost made it to my electrical box. Kinetic was there in two hours and did an emergency pump out quickly. They saved my electrical box and were able to save my furnace. Within a week KBS installed a full grate drain system and repaired my foundation wall. I now use my basement for dry storage and never worry about moisture in my basement. I would have liked to hug the job foreman Scott for doing such a great job.
